The Process

How it works

We listen, create and communicate to provide visual solutions that meet your requirements – and exceed your expectations.

The process we have developed keeps each project on track. You can expect communication throughout, and we welcome your queries and feedback.

  1. We say hi
  2. We discuss
  3. We scope and quote
  4. Creative begins
  5. We review
  6. We deliver and share
  7. We invoice ... and say hi again

Partners & providers

Our speciality is in providing you with corporate visual solutions to elevate your business. However, we understand that some projects require other folk (specialists in other areas) to collaborate.

Affinity Design proudly partners with some wonderful industry providers and related businesses to bring you the best results. If your project is outside our scope of services, we will always look to introduce you to a relevant business.

Pricing & payments

We understand that each client has different needs and budget requirements. In response, Affinity Design offers two payment structures:

1 Cost Per Project

Ideal for clients managing a single or large project. Larger projects often attract a better rate, as project costs can be absorbed over time, and we acknowledge you are making a greater investment. Project Estimates are provided for approval prior to work commencing, with an Invoice on delivery of final files or goods. Any additional costs that may arise during production are discussed and approved before work commences.

2 Retainer Packages

Various options exist for clients who want to budget for a more regular creative spend. For ongoing design work, you can book a number of design hours each month for a fixed monthly rate. The more hours booked in, the better the rate. This is ideal for clients who have regular projects or clients who want to have regular access to design support without the overheads of an in-house designer.

Please contact us if you need further information. Standard T&Cs and Retainer Agreements do apply.
